Managers could process orders from two Shopify stores in one stream, with catalog, inventory, order, delivery, ERP, and shipping-service synchronization handled through the operational layer.

The work covered catalog synchronization, ERP inventory retrieval, inventory transfer back to stores, and order/shipping synchronization.
