## Challenge

The merchant wanted to sell products from another ecommerce system inside the Shopify experience without forcing shoppers to move between storefronts.

The operational risk was stock drift: orders, delivery details, and product availability had to stay aligned across systems.

## Work delivered

We designed the integration flow, connected product availability updates, and mapped paid Shopify orders back to the external catalog source.

- Inventory synchronization between systems.

- Order analysis for mixed carts.

- Delivery-address transfer for external fulfillment.

## Result

The store could offer ActiveShop products inside the Shopify buying journey, keeping one cart and checkout while routing the operational work to the right fulfillment source.

The work covered hourly inventory synchronization, paid-order analysis, and a 4,000-item catalog expansion.
