### Can pricing be custom?

Yes. Fixed-scope delivery is available when the goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are clear enough to estimate.

### Are there setup or hidden fees?
No hidden fees. We confirm the scope, payment model, and any third-party costs before work begins.

## Hourly Packages

### How do hourly packages work?
You pre-purchase a block of hours and use it for eligible Shopify work. We track progress and report what was done.

### Can unused hours roll over?
Standard packages include a validity period. Rollover availability depends on the active project and package terms.

### Can I buy more hours later?
Yes. You can add another package when your current block is running low.

### What happens after each task?
You receive notes about what changed, what was delivered, and suggested next steps when relevant.

## Delivery Model

### How quickly can you start?
Timing depends on current capacity and the type of request. Urgent or small tasks can often start faster than larger builds.

### Do you work with existing Shopify stores?
Yes. We work with both new stores and existing Shopify stores that need improvements, fixes, integrations, or support.

### Do you need access to our Shopify admin?
Usually yes for implementation work. We only request the access needed for the agreed scope.

## Subscriptions

### Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Yes. Subscription services are available for clients who need ongoing reserved capacity.

### Is there a minimum term?
