Goals: Automate responses to frequently asked questions (FAQs) in multiple languages. Utilize template-based responses for more complex inquiries. Accelerate customer response times. Solution: Developed a chatbot using OpenAI models. Transferred knowledge (FAQs, response templates, etc. ) to a dedicated database for accurate bot responses. Implemented features for response validation, identifying unfamiliar questions, escalating conversations to human agents, and responding in the language of the inquiry. Deployed the chatbot on the Crisp chat platform. Initial Results: Successful integration and operation of the chatbot for two weeks. Active collection of feedback and performance data to evaluate results and identify potential improvements. Timeline and Cost: Development time (excluding research): 1 month. Potential Enhancements: Automatically transfer product information from the Shopify store to the bot and train it to provide product details. Refine bot behavior in typical and unique scenarios. Teach the bot to make decisions and initiate business processes, such as refunds or removing recipients from mailing lists.
