Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are defined in written proposals, contracts, or statements of work.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, required access credentials, and complete project information.
Delays in required client input may impact timelines and delivery windows.
Fees and payment
Pricing may be fixed-scope, hourly, or subscription-based depending on the engagement format.
Invoices are payable according to the terms stated in the project agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property.
Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables transfer according to contract terms and payment completion.
Liability and termination
Services are provided on a best-effort professional basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service period.
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the termination terms in the applicable contract.
