Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be issued for Ecommerce Works services. Because our work is professional service delivery, refunds are assessed based on work already completed.

Project and hourly work

If work has not started, eligible prepaid amounts may be refunded in full minus non-recoverable transaction fees.

If work has started, refunds are generally prorated based on completed milestones or consumed hours.

Subscription services

Monthly subscription fees cover reserved team capacity and planning commitments.

Partial-month refunds are generally not available once a subscription cycle has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

How to request a refund

Submit your request via our contact page and include project name, invoice reference, and reason for the request.

We review requests case-by-case and respond with a decision timeline and, when applicable, refund amount.

Chargebacks and disputes

Before opening a payment dispute, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

We reserve the right to provide project documentation and service evidence to payment providers during dispute reviews.
