They relied on Omniva for non-European Union shipments, but unfortunately, Omniva lacked a native integration with baselinker. This meant that their managers had to handle these deliveries manually.
So, what did we do? Our team engineered an innovative solution: an automated integration that now seamlessly designates Omniva as the delivery service for orders based on the shipping address. This integration automatically generates shipping labels and obtains tracking numbers directly within the Omniva system.
